Royal Enfield will host the fifth edition of the ‘Tour of Rajasthan’ motorcycle ride from February 22nd. The ride will last for 11 days, and riders will clock a total of over 2,210km. Registrations are now open on Royal Enfield’s official website.

Most of the Royal Enfield bike ride will take place through the Thar desert, which is the 17th largest desert in the world, also sharing 15 percent of its vastness with Pakistan. It is spread through the Indian states of Gujarat, Punjab and Haryana. Riders, however, will remain in the state of Rajasthan throughout.

The ride will begin from the pink city – Jaipur, then continue to Ajmer to Mahansar, Bikaner, Jamba, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and finally back to Jaipur on their Royal Enfield motorcycles.

Riders will also get to see the battlefields of the 1971 war and pay homage to Bullet Baba who is synonymous with Royal Enfield bikers.

The pre-decided route will provide a mixed bag of smooth and challenging terrain, full of dunes, hills, green woods, a dried salt lake bed and smooth highways.
