Seventy Event media group, along with travel and lifestyle channel Fox Traveller are hosting the India Bike Week in North Goa on 2nd and 3rd Feb, 2013. Motorcycling enthusiasts will be able to catch up with an array of vintage motorcycles at the event, including custom built motorcycles, a vast gathering of superbikes as well as a couple of famous motorcycles used in movies. Visitors at IBW 2013 will also be treated to a biker build off, to take place over both days.
There are to be brand specific service areas for motorcycles along with stalls selling riding gear, accessories and bike literature. IBW will also have a ‘pimp-my-ride’ zone where motorcycling enthusiasts can have custom paint jobs done for motorcycles and helmets. Enthusiasts will have the opportunity to ride superbikes sold in India at the event, on a specially erected test-track. Other than motorcycles, India Bike Week shall offer three music stages with bars, restaurants, tattoo artists, a speaker’s corner, an internet cafe, gym and spa, mixed martial arts demos as well as a cinema. Tickets will be available from the 5th Dec 2012, Rs 2,000 for a single day and Rs 3,000 for both days. In addition to which the Harley Owners’ Group will ride into Goa celebrating 110 years of Harley-Davidson. H.O.G members will display their bikes and benefit VIP access and privileges between 31st Jan and 3rd Feb.
