    Kawasaki launches IKM Connect app

India Kawasaki Motors has launched a new Android app to provide its customers with a more hassle-free aftersales experience.

The app will allow Kawasaki owners to schedule their routine services for their motorcycle online, as well as keep track of all past services. Customers will also be able to view the service camp dates, which are operated by a mobile service van.

Upcoming events, spare parts availability, and more such details are also displayed in the app. In addition to this, the app also contains a section where owners can browse through the official Kawasaki merchandise, apparel and aftermarket motorcycle accessories.

Kawasaki currently has 30 dealerships and 12 mobile service vans in India. The app will also be launched for iOS soon.
