Indian Motorcycle has announced discounts of up to Rs 6.7 lakh on multiple motorcycles in its line-up. The bikes on sale are all 2019 models and have been registered in Haryana, under the manufacturer’s name, prior to the BS6 norms coming into play. We’ve also been informed that all the bikes are currently in Delhi and the shipping and ownership transfer process will be handled by the dealership you choose to acquire the bike from.

We’ve received pricing information for the FTR 1200, Scout, Chief Dark Horse and Scout Bobber. The Scout is now available at an on-road price of Rs 14.8 lakh – Rs 3.57 lakh off its actual Rs 18.37 lakh on-road price. The FTR 1200 S, too, is being offered with similar cash benefits; its on-road price is down by Rs 3.85 lakh, from Rs 20.15 lakh to Rs 16.30 lakh. This is the lowest Indian’s street-ready flat-tracker has cost and it’s not an offer that’s likely to come by again.

Larger savings can be made on the Scout Bobber and the Chief Dark Horse. The former is available at Rs 11.43 lakh on-road, Rs 4.3 lakh less than its usual 15.73 lakh price tag, while the Chief Dark Horse is available with the largest discount of Rs 6.71 lakh. Its on-road price is down from Rs 23.67 lakh to Rs 16.96 lakh.

An Indian dealership we spoke to informed us that there are multiple units available in stock, but considering the current situation, bookings are being accepted for as low as Rs 1 lakh.
