After weeks of uncertainty around the venue and schedule for the 12th edition of India Bike Week, the organisers have finally confirmed that IBW 2025 will now take place on December 19 and 20 at a new location in Panchgani, Maharashtra. This marks a shift away from Vagator, Goa, which has hosted the festival for the past few years.

Same dates, new venue
The move comes after prolonged uncertainty caused by the Zilla Parishad elections in Goa, which were first scheduled for December 13 and then moved to December 20, clashing with the initial IBW plan. The new venue is Dubash Airfield in Panchgani, which should offer a different backdrop from the familiar coastal setting of Goa.
As always, IBW will pack in new motorcycle launches, custom builds, live music, riding events and plenty more for enthusiasts.
Existing ticket holders don’t need to make any changes as their tickets remain valid for the new venue. Those who can’t make it can request a full refund until December 3.
