The Honda CB Shine is the manufacturer’s highest-selling two-wheeler (second only to the Activa) and is the market leader in the 125cc segment. Honda will soon be launching limited-edition colour schemes of the Honda Activa and the CB Shine. We’ve received information that the special-edition CB Shine will be priced Rs 59,083 for the drum brake variant and Rs 63,743 for the disc brake variant – a minimal hike of Rs 300 over the standard colour bikes.

The two limited-edition colours are a black and red scheme, and a black and silver option. The changes come in the form of a dual-tone tank and new graphics around the headlight, side and rear panels. Mechanically, the CB Shine is expected to remain the same; it will get the 124.7cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 10.1hp at 7,500rpm and peak torque of 10.3Nm at 5,500rpm.

Dealers in Mumbai and Delhi have informed us that the bikes are expected to reach dealerships later this week, following which deliveries will commence.
