  3. Gets the Maestro Edge 110's engine

Hero Maestro Xoom variants, dimensions revealed

The document reveals that the Maestro Xoom will have a longer, 1,300mm wheelbase, compared to the Maestro Edge 110, which has a 1,261mm wheelbase. It will also be a wider machine than the Maestro Edge 110, although that will vary depending on the variant. Curiously, the Maestro Xoom will be a shorter machine than its sibling and by quite a margin. Its 1,177mm height is much shorter than the 1,800mm figure of the Maestro Edge 110.

The Hero Maestro Edge 110 is offered in two variants – ZX drum and ZX disc. Conversely, it appears as if the Hero Maestro Xoom will be offered in three distinct variants – LX, VX and ZX. The ZX variant is wider as well as a kilo heavier than the other two.

While it seems like the underpinnings of the Maestro Xoom have undergone significant revisions, the engine is the same 110.9cc unit, making 8hp and 8.7Nm of torque, found on the Pleasure+ and the Maestro Edge 110. It remains to be seen how Hero has managed to shave off weight while making the Maestro Xoom a longer, wider but shorter machine. The Hero Maestro Xoom will be launched on January 30, so stay tuned for more details.
