Ducati has launched the Scrambler 10° Anniversario Rizoma Edition (yes, it’s a mouthful) at Rs 17.10 lakh, ex-showroom, India. The Scrambler Rizoma celebrates 10 years of Ducati’s entry-level model, and while it is mechanically identical to the other Scrambler versions, it gets Rizoma components and a new colour scheme.

  1. Powered by same 803cc engine making 73hp and 65.2Nm of torque
  2. Limited to 500 units worldwide; is E20 fuel-compliant
  3. Deliveries set to begin immediately

Ducati Scrambler Rizoma Edition details

Rizoma components all across the bike, which comes in a special colour

The Scrambler Rizoma is a special edition created to mark 10 years of Ducati’s entry-level neo-retro model. While the core mechanicals remain unchanged, Ducati has sprinkled Rizoma components generously throughout the bike. These include things like the CNC-machined billet aluminium adjustable levers, brake and clutch reservoir caps, fuel filler and passenger foot pegs.

The Scrambler Rizoma edition comes draped in a bespoke colour called Stone White / Metal Rose, with some parts, such as the windscreen, timing belt covers, frame covers, engine case covers and rider foot pegs, finished in ‘Metal Rose’.

Other than those changes, the Scrambler’s underpinnings stay the same. You’ve got the familiar 803cc air/oil-cooled V-twin making 73hp and 65.2Nm of torque, nestled inside a steel trellis frame suspended by non-adjustable suspension. It has the same suite of rider aids as the rest of the Scrambler line-up and comes with a bidirectional quickshifter as standard. Like the other Ducatis launched recently, the Scrambler Rizoma is E20 fuel-compliant.

The Scrambler Rizoma is limited to 500 units globally, although how many of those will come to India is unclear, with Ducati’s press release simply stating that it will be brought in limited numbers. This might actually be for the best, as limited sales are all it will garner at a steep ex-showroom price of Rs 17.10 lakh, which is Rs 6.45 lakh more than that of the Scrambler Icon Dark, a bike mechanically identical to the Scrambler Rizoma.
