The Bajaj Discover 150S has made its way to the showrooms at a starting cost of Rs 51,721 (ex-showroom, Pune). The bike gets two variants - the drum brake variant priced at the aforementioned amount and the disc brake variant for Rs 54,724 (ex-showroom, Pune).

The Discover 150S continues to carry the typical design traits of the Discover 125, with the addition of new body graphics and colours. It gets an analogue instrument console, and ten-spoke alloy wheels as standard.

The 150S is powered by a 150cc, four-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled and carburetted engine with four valves and DTS-i tech. A five-speed gearbox shifts power to the rear wheel via an enclosed drive chain.

Built around a single down tube chassis, the Discover 150S is fitted with telescopic forks upfront, while the rear gets a monoshock, mounted onto a rectangle section swingarm.

Apart from this, the Discover 150F, a semi-faired version of the 150S and with similar features, is also making its way to the Indian dealerships.

With the official launch just around the corner, bookings for the Discover 150S have started; you can book yours for Rs 1,000. It will go on sale on August 1.
