Harley-Davidson has been busy rolling out updates to its motorcycle line-up, and the newest batch to receive these updates is the CVO. That’s what can be deciphered after poring through a bunch of images of the CVO Road Glide and CVO Street Glide that has been leaked online.

Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide and CVO Street Glide: details

The spy pictures reveal a few significant details about the 2023 CVO Road Glide and CVO Street Glide. Starting with the CVO Road Glide, one can notice the wider and sharper-looking fairing that houses a massive LED headlight within DRLs. The turn indicators flank the headlight and are integrated in the fairing unlike the case of the previous bike where the indicator stalks were placed outside.

There’s a large windscreen that sits at the top of the fairing and it should be electronically adjustable. The design of the lower fairing has also been tweaked and while it gels with the massive fairing at the top, it also looks sharper than the piece on the 2022 bike.

It is a similar story with the batwing fairing on the 2023 Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide. It looks modern, with cleaner, sharper lines and houses a new LED headlight with a U-shaped LED DRL around it. But what grabs attention are the LED strips on either side of the headlight. These seemingly double up as turn indicators, judging by the lack of indicator stalks next to the fairing.

Besides the design, the wheels on both bikes are all-new and look attractive, particularly the ones on the Road Glide. But the talking point has to be the introduction of a USD fork. That should improve the stability and feedback from the front end by some margin compared to the telescopic fork on the outgoing models. It is also likely that the suspension at the back of the bike has also been changed. As for the brakes, radially mounted Brembo calipers are seen on the bikes.

Lastly, the engine casing on the Road Glide reveals that it is powered by the 121 cubic inches or less 1982cc version of the Milwaukee eight engine instead of the 117 cubic inches version on the previous bikes.

The 2023 Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide and CVO Street Glide are expected to go on sale in the US soon, and the bikes may make it to our shores in the following months.
