The MY25 KLX230 is powered by a simple air-cooled, 2-valve, 233cc single-cylinder engine producing 18.1hp and 18.3Nm of torque. It's nestled inside a perimeter frame suspended by a 37mm telescopic fork with 240mm of travel and a preload-adjustable monoshock with 250mm of travel. Braking duties are handled by a 265mm front disc and 220mm rear disc, with switchable dual-channel ABS.
