Honda unveiled the new CB1000 GT at EICMA 2025. Based on the CB1000 Hornet, the GT is a sport-tourer with several touring-focused upgrades.
The CB1000 GT is powered by the same 1000cc inline-four engine as the Hornet, but tuned for stronger mid-range performance. It produces 149.7hp at 11,000rpm and 102Nm at 8,750rpm, with revised gear ratios for touring duties.
Chassis changes include an extended subframe and swingarm for improved pillion comfort and luggage capacity. Key features include Showa electronically adjustable suspension that auto-adjusts based on speed and IMU input, with four pre-set modes. Braking is handled by dual 310mm front discs with Nissin four-piston radial calipers and cornering ABS. Electronics include a six-axis IMU, multiple riding modes, traction control, cruise control, and a 5-inch TFT display.
