Hyundai i20 N Line front left side

I want a driver’s car, preferably a hatchback or a sedan, with a budget of around Rs 10 lakh-12 lakh; I don’t want one of those pretentious compact SUVs. I like the Hyundai i20 N Line and the Tata Altroz Racer, but what are my other options?

Ayush Dugar, via email

Autocar India says: If you are looking for a driver’s hatchback, the Hyundai i20 N Line is the only choice now. The Altroz Racer is no longer on sale as the Altroz facelift does not come with the turbo-petrol engine. Do note that the i20 N Line is a touch overpriced.
