The MG Majestor, which was recently unveiled, is slated for a launch in April 2026. Along with the specifications and powertrain, MG revealed that the Gloster will be offered in two trims, Sharp and Savvy, while also sharing the feature list for these. The Majestor will be positioned above the Gloster in MG’s line-up and serve as the brand’s flagship ICE SUV.
MG Majestor engine and drivetrain
Borrows the Gloster’s 2-litre twin-turbo diesel engine
The MG Majestor is powered by a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine that puts out 215hp and 478Nm, mated to an 8-speed torque-converter automatic gearbox. This mill also does duties in the higher trims of the MG Gloster. While the lower-spec Sharp trim comes with a rear-wheel-drive (RWD) setup only, the fully loaded Savvy trim is also available with the option of four-wheel drive (4WD).
MG Majestor exterior colours
Available in four monotone exterior hues
Both trims of the MG Majestor are available in four colour options: Black Ash, Black Metal, Concrete Grey and Pearl White. The cabin is finished in black.
