The MG Majestor, first revealed at the 2025 Auto Expo, was launched in India on May 27, 2026. A replacement for the Gloster in MG’s line-up, the Majestor serves as the brand’s flagship ICE SUV. Previously, the manufacturer confirmed that the Majestor will be offered in two trims, Sharp and Savvy, but it has revealed prices of only the top-spec Savvy trim, which starts at Rs 40.99 lakh. Here are the variant-wise features of the MG Majestor:
MG Majestor engine and drivetrain
Borrows the Gloster’s 2-litre twin-turbo diesel engine

The Majestor borrows its 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine from the higher trims of the Gloster. This mill, mated to an 8-speed torque-converter automatic gearbox, puts out 215hp and 478Nm. While the lower-spec Sharp trim comes with a rear-wheel-drive (RWD) setup only, the fully loaded Savvy trim is also available in four-wheel-drive (4WD) guise.
MG Majestor exterior colours
Available in four monotone paint options

Both trims of the MG Majestor are available in four colour options: Black Ash, Black Metal, Concrete Grey and Pearl White. The cabin is finished in black.
