Go for the Punch Pure Plus. Since you already have a Maruti Baleno, the Tata Punch makes more sense as a second car dedicated to daily city commuting in Delhi. It is compact, but has a higher seating position than the Tiago, which helps when manoeuvring in tight spaces and parking.
