The Vinfast VF MPV 7 is an all-electric, three-row MPV designed for family use. It is based on the commercially available Limo Green MPV and is expected to be launched in India this year.
Vinfast has yet to reveal a launch date for the upcoming VF MPV 7 in India.
Overseas, the Vinfast MPV is powered by a 60.13kWh battery pack paired with a front-mounted electric motor driving the front wheels.
The Vinfast VF MPV 7's electric motor produces 201hp and 280Nm.
Vinfast claims a driving range of up to 450km on a single charge (NEDC cycle).
The Vinfast VF MPV 7 supports up to 80kW DC fast charging, which can charge the battery from 10 to 70 percent in around 30 minutes.
The Vinfast VF MPV 7 measures 4740mm in length, 1872mm in width, and 1734mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2840mm and a ground clearance of 180mm (international-spec model).
Interior features onboard the Vinfast VF MPV 7 include a 10.1-inch infotainment system, an automatic climate control with a PM2.5 air filter, and a powered driver’s seat. The India-spec version may also get a head-up display.
The international-spec Vinfast VF MPV 7 comes with 4 airbags, hill start assist, ABS with EBD, and an electronic parking brake. The India-spec model is expected to offer up to 6 airbags.
The VF MPV 7 is expected to compete with 3-row electric models like the Kia Carens Clavis, BYD eMax 7, and Mahindra XEV 9e in India.
