Volkswagen India organized a one of a kind stunt show for Mumbaikars in order to promote the features of its latest budget hatchback the VW Polo. The event “Polo stunt show” held at Inorbit mall in Malad, Mumbai.
One of the world’s top stunt performers, Ronny Wechselberger was himself behind the wheel to put the Polo through several heart thumping stunts. The screeching sound of rubber was a treat to ears and the 180 degree hand-break turns left the crowd speechless.
Four lucky people got an opportunity to sit next to Ronny, and they felt short of words trying to explain their experience. After the drive, Wechselberger gave some road-safety tips to the audience and some key points that need to be kept in mind by every driver.
On a personal interaction he mentioned that motorsport has huge potential in India and VW via the polo cup provides excellent opportunity to Indian drivers to showcase their skills.
