Volkswagen has inaugurated a new dealership in Mumbai – Volkswagen Mumbai North, Mody Auto Corp. Pvt. Ltd.

The Volkswagen Mumbai North dealership is located at Borivili West, and has a capacity of displaying seven cars at any point of time. The workshop, a 14-bay setup, is located on Mira Road in Mumbai. This new facility hosts dedicated workshops for accident repair and body paint.

Michael Mayer, director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars, said, “Mumbai is an important market for Volkswagen, and the opening of this dealership underlines our commitment to strengthening our presence in this region”.

With the opening of this showroom Volkswagen now has six facilities in Mumbai. Pan-India though, this makes it Volkswagen’s 122nd facility.
