Based on feedback from its customers, Mahindra has revised the tailgate styling on its new Scorpio. The feedback given was regarding the black plastic cladding and chrome insert around the numberplate at the rear.

The Scorpio tailgate now gets a body-coloured cladding in place of the original black plastic, whereas the chrome insert has been replaced by black plastic. The black inserts around the tail-lamps though remain unchanged. These changes have been made across all trims, from the base S2 to the top-end S10 variants.

The Scorpio otherwise remains unchanged and continues to be powered by the 75bhp 2.5-litre diesel engine on the base S2 variant and the 118bhp 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine on the remaining variants.
