Luxury car sales are on a high in our country and here’s the proof;

Mercedes Benz India Ltd saw an increase of a record 89% in its sales in March 2011 as compared to same month last year.  Sales stood at 440 units in March 2010 while the number rose to as high as 833 units in March this year. The German carmaker sold 356 C-Class saloons, 307 E-class saloons and 103 M-Class SUVs.

The manufacturer sold a total of 2135 cars alone in first quarter of 2011; this is a growth of 67% as compared to 1282 units sold in first quarter last year.
