Just days after images of its undisguised near-production prototype was revealed, Qoros has officially premiered the '5' at the Milan Expo. The Guangzhou Auto Show next month will see Qoros unveil and introduce the '5' with 19-inch wheels on the top-spec variant. The '5' is likely to get a 1.6-litre, 154bhp engine mated to a six-speed dual-clutch transmission. The SUV is estimated to be 4,587mm long, 1,878mm wide and 1,676mm with a typical crossover design.

The '5' will most likely be a two-wheel drive as the company is newly formed and has an inexperienced R&D department. Qoros did, however, showcase an all-wheel-drive SUV concept at the Shanghai Auto Show, which featured an electric motor powering the rear wheels. Official confirmation will only be available after the opening of the Guangzhou Auto Show which will take place on November 20, 2015.
