Porsche Cayenne gets Nexen tyres

Nexen Tire, a Korean tyre manufacturer, has become the original equipment tyre supplier for the Porsche Cayenne. The company will supply its ‘N’FERA RU1 255/55R18 109Y XL’ tyres for the sports SUV. This is the first time that the tyre maker is supplying parts to Porsche. Previously, the Cayenne came shod with Continental and Michelin tyres.

The N’FERA RU1 tyres have received an ‘A’ grade for its wet grip performance, and has obtained Noise Level 1 (the lowest noise level) as per the European Union tyre rating system.

Nexen Tire plans to expand supplies of original equipment tyres to other Porsche car models as well in the future.
