Maruti dealers have officially started accepting bookings for its upcoming S-Cross crossover. The Maruti S-cross will be sold via Maruti’s new Nexa premium dealerships.

The S-Cross will be offered with two engine options — the DDiS 320 and the DDiS 200, for the 1.6 and 1.3 respectively. The S-Cross DDiS 320 has a claimed fuel-economy figure of 22.70kpl, while the DDiS 200 delivers 23.65kpl. The Maruti S-Cross will be offered in five trim levels called Sigma, Sigma (O), Delta, Zeta and Alpha. The DDiS 200 will be available in all of those trims, but the DDiS 320 will only come in the top three. It will be available in five paint shades.

The S-Cross will compete with the likes of the upcoming Hyundai Creta, the Renault Duster and the Nissan Terrano.
