Refreshed Mahindra XUV500 gets five diesel variants, one petrol trim, a more powerful 155hp diesel engine and styling tweaks.

The updated 2018 XUV500 has been introduced in the market by Mahindra. The refreshed SUV gets styling tweaks both, inside and out, which include a new front grille and bumper, alloy wheel design, roof rails, rear tailgate design and tail-lamps. The SUV also gets LED daytime running lamps as well as a sunroof. On the inside, Mahindra has added soft-touch materials on the dashboard and has introduced tan leather seats with quilted stitching, as well – thus adding to the XUV500’s upmarket feel.

Mahindra has also introduced a more powerful 155hp motor on the diesel XUV500. The SUV now comes with two engine and gearbox options:

    • 155hp/360Nm, 2.2-litre diesel mated to a six-speed manual or automatic
