Confirming the news reported by us a few days ago, Fiat India has launched the limited-edition Linea Elegante. Priced at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the sedan gets additional accessory kit over the top-spec Linea.

On the exterior, the Linea Elegante looks slightly altered than the standard Linea. It gets a full body kit that includes add-ons to the front and rear bumpers, side skirts and 16-inch alloys that are also seen on the top-spec Punto Evo. It also gets a subtle rear spoiler, unique decals on the sides and wing mirrors with chrome trim. To further differentiate it from the standard car, the Linea Elegante also gets a black grille and roof.

A major equipment upgrade seen on this limited-edition variant is the new 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system. In addition, it gets new seat covers, carpets and door sills.

The Fiat Linea Elegante is available only with a diesel engine. It competes with the likes of the Honda City diesel, Maruti Ciaz diesel, Nissan Sunny diesel and Hyundai Verna diesel.
