Hyundai i20 Celebration Edition priced at Rs 6.69 lakh

In an earlier report, we had said that Hyundai was planning on introducing a limited-edition i20 based on the Sportz called the Celebration Edition. The model was expected to cost Rs 29,990 over the standard one.

Now Hyundai has revealed prices of the i20 Celebration Edition with the petrol model priced at Rs 6.69 lakh and the diesel at Rs 7.84 lakh (All prices ex-showroom, Delhi).

The i20 Celebration Edition gets 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, a glossy black roof wrap, sport pedals, body decals, and badging on the tailgate. Another noticeable tweak is that along with the black C-pillar, the window frames too have been blacked out. However, the i20 Celebration Edition will be available in only a white paint shade.

The special edition i20 comes with the choice of a 1.2-litre petrol engine mated to a five-speed manual gearbox or a 1.4-litre diesel engine mated to a six-speed manual gearbox.

Hyundai is yet to launch the i20 Celebration edition but with prices already listed on the official website expect the launch to take place soon.
