Honda’s new sub-four-metre saloon, the Amaze, has been a runaway success since launch. So much so that the waiting period for the car currently stands at four to five months.

To meet demands and reduce the time customers have to wait for, the carmaker has announced that it’ll introduce an additional shift at its Greater Noida facility – where it claims to produce around 440 cars daily – November onwards.

The added shift at its factory is expected to help Honda reduce the waiting period for the car by at least two months.
