Ultraviolette Tesseract, launched earlier this week alongside the Shockwave bike, was introduced at a competitive price of Rs 1.2 lakh, valid only for the first 10,000 bookings. Now, this offer has been extended to the first 50,000 bookings.

Ultraviolette Tesseract is the brand’s first electric scooter, and it has garnered 20,000 bookings within 48 hours. As the company has extended the introductory price to the first 50,000 bookings, it will be valid for only the subsequent 30,000 units. Earlier, the brand had stated that it would raise the price to Rs 1.45 lakh once the introductory offer is over.
The extension for the Tesseract came shortly after the report on Ultraviolette extending its introductory offer on the Shockwave bike to the first 2,000 bookings.
As for the specification, while Ultraviolette hasn’t revealed the Tesseract’s battery capacity, it claims that the e-scooter has an IDC range of 261km and can manage the 0-60kph sprint in 2.9 seconds. The Tesseract, rated for 20.4hp, is capable of a claimed 125kph top speed, and with the fast charger, it can go from 0-80 percent SOC in less than an hour.
The Tesseract comes with a big 7-inch touchscreen TFT display and a handlebar with haptic feedback. It also has front and rear dash-cams assisted by radar as well as wireless charging for your smartphone.
