One of the highlights at the fifth edition of TVS MotoSoul was the unveiling of the Ronin Agonda Edition. TVS says this limited-edition motorcycle is inspired by the aesthetic of the Agonda beach in Goa and marks the first in a series of special editions built on the Ronin platform.

TVS Ronin Agonda Edition: All you need to know

Costs Rs 5,000 more than the base variant

The most distinctive aspect of the Ronin Agonda Edition is its colour scheme. It sports a white base paint job with retro blue and red pinstripes running across the fuel tank. The top of the tank carries unique Agonda badging, and the bike also receives a new seat cover to complete the look.

Mechanically, the Agonda Edition is unchanged from the base Ronin. It continues to use the 225.9cc single-cylinder oil-cooled engine producing 20.4hp at 7,750rpm and 19.9Nm at 3,750rpm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox and a slipper and assist clutch.

Since it’s based on the entry-level variant, the Agonda Edition comes equipped with single-channel ABS and an LCD instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity. It does, however, miss out on features offered on higher variants, such as dual-channel ABS, adjustable levers and the golden USD front fork.

At Rs 1.31 lakh, the Ronin Agonda Edition sits between the base variant (priced from Rs 1.26 lakh) and the mid-spec variant (Rs 1.48 lakh). TVS says the special-edition Ronin will reach dealerships across the country by the end of the month.
