Friday November 21, 2014, day one of the much anticipated, largest Royal Enfield gathering has come to end, but this was just the start to the three day mega event. Royal Enfield’s loyal patrons have tipped the scale this time, with 3,700 entrants who have registered to attend the event from all over India, including Mumbai, Kolhapur, Hubli, Nagpur, New Delhi, Pune, Trivandrum, Indore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Udupi and Latur. The last rider mania event hosted in Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu had about 1,300 registered riders who attended the event.
Rider Mania, this time, is taking place at Hilltop in Vagator, Goa. The Day one events started around noon with riders first registering for events, followed by the figure eight game, karaoke, camera workshop, slow race, assembly wars, and so on.
The first day concluded with performances by SKRAT, comedian - Vir Das’ Alien Chutney and Lost Stories, an electronic dance music artist.
The next two days will see riders participating in events such as ‘dirt track’ and ‘carry your bike’ along with various more artists performing.
