The first India Hot Rod Fest Riders Trophy has been unveiled by Arjuna Awardee and Limca Book of Records' holder Deepa Malik, in Delhi. This was in conjunction with the inaugural IHRF Ride, in which around 150 riders, modified 4x4 vehicles and 10 biker groups revved through the roads of Delhi. The ride started at South-Ex and ended at Cybercity. This ride is being organised by IBOX Studios.

IBOX Studios is also organising India’s first Hot Rod Fest on July 25 and 26 at the Buddh International Circuit. Also on display at the event will be bikes customised by Modbike, Sarlobh Motors and R&G Customs, among other design houses.

At the Hot Rod Fest, motorcyclists and riding groups will participate in a variety of competitions and will be awarded prizes based on their performance. The categories for the awards are as such:  Best Riding Group of the Year, Best Riding Group in Safety Measures, Best Administrator of the Year, Best Solo Rider of the Year, and the Best Riding Group on Member Engagements. The 2-day fest will also bring together the talented artists from the custom automotive manufacturer community. 

The second IHRF ride will be held on June 21, the third one on July 5, and the IHRF launch ride is scheduled for July 25. The India Hot Rod Fest will be held on July 26, 2015. For more information visit www.indiahotrodfest.com.
