CFMoto has announced a new sub-brand, CFlite, dedicated exclusively to small-capacity motorcycles. The CFLite sub-brand was introduced at the 2025 edition of Makina Moto Expo in the Philippines. The first products from CFLite will be the 250NK, 250SR and Dual 230.

    2. Dual 230 features a smaller carbureted engine

CFMoto announces a new sub-brand named CFLite

CFLite is aimed at newer riders

CFMoto’s new sub-brand CFLite focuses on lower displacement motorcycles. The launch is intended to cater to the South-East Asian and South American markets, where there is strong demand for affordable runabouts. Three new motorcycles were unveiled under the CFLite umbrella: the 250NK, 250SR, and Dual 230.

    250NK

The 250NK features a 249cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 27.4hp and 22Nm of torque. It comes equipped with a telescopic fork, monoshock, LCD instrument console, upright seating position, and disc brakes at both ends, along with a 12.3-litre fuel tank.

    250SR

The 250SR is a fully-faired sportbike with the same 249cc single-cylinder engine as the 250NK, making the same 27.4hp and 22Nm. It carries the same chassis as the 250NK but has a more aggressive riding position due to its clip-on bars.

Now, if the 250NK and 250SR appear familiar, it's because the design seen on these models is an exact match for the Keeway K300 SF and K300R. Some research on the internet lets us know that CFMoto’s parent company, Qianjiang Motorcycle Group, also has close ties with other Chinese-origin manufacturers – Keeway and QJMotor being two of them.

    Dual 230

The Dual 230 is a dual-sport motorcycle featuring a 223cc, air-cooled, carbureted, single-cylinder engine. It is equipped with a 21-inch front wheel and an 18-inch rear wheel, along with long-travel suspension and disc brakes at both ends for off-road capability. The motorcycle also boasts a fully digital LCD instrument console and a halogen lighting setup.

CFMoto is gearing up for its second innings in India, set to kick off with the 450MT adventure bike. As for the new 250cc bikes, the chances of them arriving in India are slim, especially the Dual 230, which is running an old-school carbureted engine that is unlikely to meet the current OBD2B emission norms.
