BMW recently unveiled the F 450 GS at EICMA, and now we have information that some dealers have started accepting pre-bookings for this bike.

2. F 450 GS produces 48hp at 8,750 rpm and 43Nm at 6,750 rpm
BMW F 450 GS will be made by TVS
It will be manufactured at TVS’s Hosur facility.
The F 450 GS is expected to be launched in India in the coming months, yet some dealers have started accepting unofficial pre-bookings for the bike. The booking amount ranges from Rs 10,000 to Rs 25,000, varying based on the dealer.
Dealers have assured that those who go ahead with pre-bookings now will be given priority when it comes to delivery of their F 450 GS. But not all BMW dealers are taking these pre-bookings, and it’s worth visiting your nearest authorised BMW dealer for more clarity on this subject.

With the G 310 GS discontinued, the F 450 GS adventure bike will serve as the entry point into BMW’s GS line-up and will be made in India by TVS. The bike’s 420cc twin-cylinder engine produces 48hp at 8,750 rpm and 43Nm at 6,750 rpm. The F 450 GS also gets BMW’s Shift Assistant Pro (quickshifter) for quick upshifts and downshifts without using the clutch. Select variants of the F 450 GS have been equipped with Easy Ride Clutch, which should aid rideability.
