Bajaj Pulsar 220F updated with new colours, launched at Rs 1.28 lakh

The Bajaj Pulsar 220F, one of the most revered models from the original Pulsar line-up, has now received an update. Bajaj has launched the updated Pulsar 220F in India, priced from Rs 1.28 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The key highlight of this update is the refreshed graphics and two new colours.

1. Updated Pulsar 220F offers two new colour options
2. The 220F now gets LED indicators
3. It remains mechanically unchanged; 220cc engine makes 20.4hp and 18.5Nm

Updated Bajaj Pulsar 220F: What’s new?

Pulsar 220F continues to get a Bluetooth-enabled LCD dash

The Pulsar 220F, on sale since 2007, has largely remained unchanged since its launch, receiving only incremental and emissions-related updates over the years. With this latest update, the 220F gets refreshed graphics, two new colour options – black with soft gold accents and orange with a black base and green hues – and LED indicators

The motorcycle has also been spotted with Eurogrip ATT 1150 tyres, although some units continue to run MRF rubber, suggesting tyre fitment may vary based on availability. The Pulsar 220F continues to feature the same Bluetooth-enabled LCD instrument cluster as the other Pulsar models currently on sale, though it still misses out on a gear-position indicator.

Mechanically, the Pulsar 220F remains unchanged. Power continues to come from the familiar 220cc air/oil-cooled engine producing 20.4hp and 18.5Nm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. Despite its age, the Pulsar 220F has remained one of Bajaj’s highest-selling Pulsar models since its introduction, and this update should help extend its lifecycle further.

The updated Bajaj Pulsar 220F has been priced at Rs 1.28 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). With the model now officially launched, interested buyers can contact their nearest Bajaj dealership for details and availability.
