The Sport S seems to take inspiration from Suzuki's Intruder, and again, pulls it off with class. Two-tone colour scheme is striking.

Mechanically, the Sport S is identical to the Commando. The only difference on the Sport S is the 17” front wheel with a lower profile tyre.

Carburetted engine is used in the same state of tune on both bikes. Ultra tall gearing blunts responsiveness of this motor.

Drag handlebar creates a more dynamic, yet comfortable seating posture.

Short tail fender configuration is used on the Sport S. Pin striping was well finished.

Bobbed front fender and racier pattern for the lower-profile tyres give the Sport S a more athletic look.

Sleek, swept back headlamp shroud gives the Sport S a distinctive look. Note misaligned indicators, sadly such quality issues were glaring on these test bikes.

The Sport S might be the cheaper UM, but it sports LED inserts in the faux tank scoops.
