The Swift 4X4 comes with a fully automatic and permanent 4-wheel drive system that transfers additional torque to the rear wheels when necessary through a viscous coupling.

The 4X4 version gets a mild crossover-style body kit.

The body kit adds adds front and rear skid plates, black wheel arch extensions and black side skirts.

The Swift 4X4 a slightly increased body ride height of 25mm.

The Swift 4x4 is 65kg heavier than an equivalent 2WD petrol model.

However the Swift 4X4 is available in international markets, there is no news yet of it coming to India.
