
The 2026 GLS is similar in dimensions to the pre-facelift model.

Gets a new front bumper, revised grille with chrome & LED surrounds, and large ‘Digital LED’ headlamps.

The GLS facelift introduces two new exterior colours and four new wheel designs.

At the back are new LED tail-lamps and a black piece of trim with the Mercedes-Benz logo.

The third-row seats can be electrically operated from the boot, allowing for more cargo space.

Mercedes claims the last row can accommodate occupants up to 1.94m tall.

Second-row gets 11.6-inch entertainment screens with remote controls, powered sunshades and dedicated climate zones.

There are new circular AC vents, three 12.3-inch screens, an augmented-reality head-up display and new trim options.

Features include a high-end Burmester audio system and temperature-controlled seats with massaging functions.

Both petrol and diesel engine options come with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system.

Mercedes-Benz has revealed the 2026 GLS facelift with an updated design, feature set and technical specifications. The flagship SUV in the German marque’s line-up will be offered to customers with a range of updated six-cylinder petrol and diesel engines paired with an automatic transmission and all-wheel drive system. The petrol variants include the 450 4MATIC and 580 4MATIC, whilst the diesel options include 350d 4MATIC and 450d 4MATIC.
