Me and My Cars: Bijal Madhani

What are you driving and why?

I drive a Ferrari 488 GTB and a Porsche 718 Cayman – the best everyday supercar and sportscar, respectively. Both are mid-engined, they are fantastic handlers, look incredible and are comfortable to drive as well.

What’s next on your wish list?

I haven`t decided yet, but it’ll most likely be a naturally aspirated supercar.

The most fun you’ve had in a car?

Driving on racetracks around the world like the BIC in Noida, Portimao in Portugal, Ascari in Spain and Zhuhai in China… just to name a few.

    Dream money-no-object car?

A Bugatti Chiron. Because it has 1,500hp, does 0-100kph in 2.4 sec before topping out at 420kph. With only 500 units made, it’s very rare too.

Who is your all-time greatest motorsport hero?

Michael Schumacher because he’s the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time)!

    Favourite road?

    The Bangalore to Hyderabad highway.

What’s on your automotive bucket list?

Driving on one of the world’s greatest and the most challenging tracks – the Nürburgring Nordschleife in Germany.

What would you do with your last litre of fuel?

Go full throttle and burn it all.

Your ideal 5-car garage would be?

    1. Bugatti Chiron

    2. Koenigsegg Jesko

    3. Pagani Huayra BC

    4. Ferrari P80/C

    5. Rolls-Royce Wraith

1,500hp Bugatti Chiron is Madhani’s dream car.

    What was your first Car?

A Fiat Uno back in 1997.
