The Hero Xoom 160 is powered by a 156cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 14.8hp and 14.4Nm.

The Hero Xoom 160 does get an all-LED headlight and tail-light, but, unlike its younger sibling the Hero Xoom 125, it missed out on features like sequential LED indicators.

Much like its chief-rival – the Yamaha Aerox 155 – the Hero Xoom 160 also runs on 14-inch wheels.
