Between the Maruti Grand Vitara, Honda Elevate, and Toyota Hyryder, which would be a better option for a 60-year-old woman driver?

All three are comfortable, but we recommend the Honda Elevate with the CVT transmission. Assuming your running isn’t very high, we can rule out the hybrid versions of the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder.
Between their 1.5-litre naturally aspirated engines paired with torque converter automatics and the Elevate’s setup, the Honda is the better choice. It’s well-equipped even in the lower trims, easy to drive, and very comfortable. The ideal seat height makes getting in and out effortless, and it offers ample space and practicality for four to five occupants.

Go for the Kia Seltos HTE 1.5 petrol manual, which has an on-road price of about Rs 13.1 lakh. For your daily 30 km highway run and as an upgrade from your 2012 i10, it fits best. You will feel a clear step up in space, seat comfort and high-speed stability on the highway, and the taller driving position gives you a better view out. The 1.5 petrol is smooth and easy to live with, the clutch and gearshift are light, and Kia’s service reach is strong in most cities, so ownership should be simple.One thing to be aware of: the Seltos 1.5-litre NA engine is very refined, but not the most enthusiastic performer. If you find performance lacking, then try the Honda Elevate instead. However, you will be giving up a few features.Overall, the Seltos HTE suits your use and will feel like a big, easy step up from your i10.

Go for the Honda Elevate ZX CVT. Given you’ve loved your City for 15 years, this feels familiar in quality and service, but it makes daily traffic much easier and gives you the taller seating you now want.For 85 percent city use and just 300 km a month, the CVT automatic suits you best. Honda’s simple, proven petrol setup and wide service network mean worry-free ownership for the long run, and you’ll likely feel right at home with the controls and the way it drives.It's worth noting that the cabin isn’t as flashy or feature-packed as some others in this price range. I'm confused between three. Car is mostly for my dad, i use it rare. Daily commute: Let's say, at max 7 times a month, need to go 25km. Otherwise 3 km for daily work. Mostly city driving Coming from Santro Xing 2004, so any feature feels like an upgrade. going for reasonable top variants, so feature gap is minimal. Help me choose between i10 nios Asta Swift zxi + Punch Adventure. My family is inclined to punch as they find the design awesome, this car is for my dad mostly, i rarely use it, so he is not a heavy driver, but short 5'3. So, punch offers better view and safety. But i'm tilting to i10 nios as it is 4 cylinder. But my uncle who has 2018 i10 is facing suspension issues, so my parents are in the idea of i10=suspension bad, less space inside. But i like the quality of cabin interiors and the look, moreover there's some soft corner for hyundai blue lights interior. No specific reason to go for swift, except its wider, and suzuki's reliability.

Go for the Tata Punch Adventure, and consider the AMT if you want an easier automatic for your dad. For mostly city use, short trips and a shorter driver, the Punch’s high seating position, upright stance and large glass area make it much easier to drive and place on the road. Getting in and out is also more convenient, and the suspension handles speed breakers and rough patches well, which suits everyday urban use. Coming from a Santro Xing, it will feel like a big step up in space, visibility and overall road presence, and since your family already likes the design, it adds to the ownership appeal.Do note that the Punch’s 1.2-litre engine is a 3-cylinder unit, so it is not as smooth or quiet as the Hyundai at idle, and the AMT can feel slightly jerky at low speeds. However, for relaxed city driving, it remains easy to live with.The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Asta is the better choice if you prioritise a smoother, quieter engine and a more premium-feeling cabin. It is easier in stop-go traffic and feels more refined overall, and the current model does not have any widespread suspension concerns.
