The Kia Seltos diesel HTX is a strong alternative with a more premium cabin and a proven ownership experience, but at Rs 17.5 lakh it is not significantly cheaper than the Curvv EV, and you will be paying more in fuel and maintenance over time. The only caveat with the Curvv EV is that Tata's long-term reliability track record is not as strong as Kia's, but overall it is the better fit for your usage pattern and ownership priorities.
