Sharad Kumar Sanghi, one of the doyens of the vintage and classic car scene in India passed away on February 21, 2020. As one of the largest classic car collectors in the country, Sharad Sanghi’s prized vehicles represented India in global events like the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, and were regular participants in Indian events like the Cartier Concours d’Elegance and the 21 Gun Salute. The Indore resident was also well respected in the automotive trade in India with the family being dealer principals of multiple marques like Tata Motors, Toyota, Hyundai, Jaguar Land Rover and recently, Kia.
