Suzuki's new Crosshiker crossover concept will get a new, three-cylinder 1.0-litre engine.

With the Southeast Asian economies doing better than those in Europe, the auto markets in this region are also slightly better poised for growth. Consequently, carmakers have been focusing their efforts and launching a whole bevy of new models and concepts here.

The Tokyo motor show, slated for November 20- December 1, is one of the most significant platforms for auto manufacturers in this part of the world. Here's a quick look at what you can expect to see this year.
