    Tata Nano rolls off production line.

    Here are some exclusive AUTOCAR India images of the much awaited Tata Nano rolling off the production line at Tata Motor’s Pantnagar plant in Uttarakhand. Production of the Nano will be carried out at this facility, until the mother-plant at Sanand in Gujarat is completed. This new plant is not expected to be ready for production until the end of 2010.

    Tata will launch the Nano in Mumbai on March 23rd, and start accepting bookings in mid April.
