Since January this year, Renault claims to have conducted 400 free service clinics to reach its 20,000 customers across India. The camps cover all the products in Renault India’s portfolio – the Pulse, Scala, Duster, Fluence and the Koleos.

As part of these camps, the cars get thoroughly checked as per the guidelines issued by Renault, and there’s a detailed examination of all key functions of the car. The company also attempts to educate customers about their cars, driving rules and basic car maintenance.

Initiatives like this one are an effort on the part of the brand to connect with its customers in a better way. Through this, even the customers get a better opportunity to put across any kind of feedback that they have about the cars or aftersales in general.
