Lubricant company Petronas has tied up with Maruti Suzuki as a Genuine Lubricant Partner to supply MGDO 5W40 for the latter's diesel vehicles. With this, Petronas products will be supplied to all Maruti dealerships across the country. This deal will be very advantageous for Petronas as Maruti has the largest dealership network in the country at 31,000 plus service outlets.

The company has also introduced a customised Petronas Syntium 3000 SZ MGDO 5W40, especially for Maruti Suzuki. The lubricant is formulated for the latest generation diesel engines and is especially designed for full service life in extended drain conditions. It helps in minimising oil thickening at very high operating temperature, minimises wear-tear which prolongs engine life, optimises the engine’s performance and reduces friction and wear at start-up.
