Honda has added two new trims to its Mobilio line-up, V(O) and RS(O). More of an option pack for the V and RS variants, it gets the Audio Video Navigation (AVN) system and rear-view parking camera. Prices for the V(O) petrol is Rs 9.46 lakh, V(O) diesel is Rs 10.45 lakh and the RS(O) trim is Rs 11.55 lakh. The availability of the RS and RS(O) will begin from mid-September 2014.
The V(O) trim is positioned above the E, S and V trims. The RS(O) is placed over the RS trim. The Honda Mobilio’s AVN system gets a 15.7cm touchscreen with maps, satellite-based voice guided navigation, entertainment and connectivity features. The system allows telephony and Bluetooth music play. Jnaneswar Sen, Senior VP – marketing & sales, Honda Cars India Ltd. said, “The AVN system and Rear View Parking camera are one of the most sought after features and adds to the premium feel of the car.”
The RS trim is a sportier-looking trim of the Mobilio. It is available only with the diesel motor and gets aggressive styling. Additions include newly-styled front and rear bumpers, larger air dams, sportier chrome grille, projector headlamps and power folding wing mirrors. It also gets, black and chrome 15-inch alloy wheels, chrome exhaust and a spoiler at the back.
