The carmaker's latest SUV is essentially the 3-row version of the Tiguan R-Line.

After commencing pre-bookings for the Tayron R-Line earlier this month, Volkswagen India is now set to disclose its ex-showroom price on February 19. The Tayron R-Line, which is essentially the 3-row version of the Tiguan R-Line, is being locally assembled in the country and will serve as the carmaker's new flagship SUV here. Both online and offline bookings are currently underway for a token amount of Rs 51,000, and we expect VW to price the Tayron R-Line at around Rs 46 lakh-48 lakh. A lower-spec Tayron variant is going to join the line-up later this year.
