Hyundai has launched the BS6-compliant version of its Elite i20 hatchback, with prices starting at Rs 6.50 lakh. The premium hatchback is now a petrol-manual model only – as Hyundai has decided to axe the 1.4 diesel engine and CVT automatic option – and is available in four trim levels to choose from.
The BS6 Hyundai i20 is powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine that puts out 83hp and 114Nm of torque and is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard.
The upgrade to meet the more stringent emission norms has led the prices to go up by around Rs 15,000, variant-to-variant. Given below are the variant-wise prices for the BS6 Hyundai Elite i20.
