Piaggio has just initiated a new road side assistance program to make after-sales service convenient for its patrons. Vespa Care, as it's called, empowers the customer to avail road side assistance at any hour of the day or night through the year. Vespa Care service is available across 51 cities of India.
Piaggio says it has put together trained professionals to support a customer at the distress site. The team will also provide fuel at the required spot in case of any requirement. If a Vespa owner loses the key, Vespa Care will also help them with a replacement. They will also fix a flat tyre and provide medical assistance in case of an emergency.
